We believe building a home should feel exciting — not overwhelming. With Brett and Erin personally guiding you every step of the way, you'll always know what’s happening, when & why.

First Meeting
Meet with Brett — builder, owner, and your dedicated guide throughout the build. This is where we begin shaping your vision, discussing style, size, and budget, and offering honest advice on what’s possible.
02.
Design & Quote
We’ll connect you with our trusted network of designers and help craft a home that suits your lifestyle perfectly. Once your design is finalised, Brett will present a transparent, all-inclusive quote — no surprises, no guesswork.
03.
Selections
This is where your home takes shape. You’ll work closely with Erin, who brings a keen eye for design and current trends. We’ll guide you through every supplier visit, helping you make selections that reflect your taste, and then provide a full list of every internal and external choice you've made.
04.
Construction
Your home is now in the expert hands of Brett and our trusted team of trades. We manage the entire build with care, precision, and quality top of mind. Once the frame is up, you’ll walk through the home with Brett to finalise electrical and plumbing placements — no detail overlooked.
05.
Handover
The moment you’ve been waiting for. On handover day, you’ll receive your keys, warranties, manuals — and a special gift from us to welcome you home. It’s a celebration of what we’ve created together.
06.
Aftercare & Support
Our relationship doesn’t end at handover. We're here for any questions or support you need as you settle in. Because we only take on a select number of builds each year, you’re never just a number — your home matters to us, even after it’s complete.
